time of booking. Additionally, property owners are charged 1% of the total booking fee as a
commission. This transparent pricing model ensures that both travelers and property owners benefit
from lower costs.
Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies and refunds vary depending on the property. Please
review the specific cancellation policy for each booking. - Property Listings
Accuracy of Listings: Property owners are responsible for ensuring that their listings are accurate,
complete, and up-to-date. One Fee Stays is not responsible for any inaccuracies in property listings.
No Commission: Property owners can list their properties on One Fee Stays without incurring any
commission fees beyond the nominal 1% charge. - User Conduct
You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not
