Guests may cancel their booking up to 4 days prior to the arrival date to be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made less than 4 days before the arrival date will not qualify for any refund, and the full booking
amount will be retained as per policy. - Refund Processing
Convenience Fee: A convenience fee of 1% of the total booking amount will be retained and is non-
refundable. This fee covers administrative and processing charges.
Refund Timeline: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 working days from the date
of the cancellation request.
Mode of Refund: The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during booking (e.g.,
credit card, debit card, or bank transfer). - Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following scenarios are not eligible for a refund:
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 4 days before the scheduled arrival date.
No-Shows: Failure to check in on the arrival date without prior cancellation.
